Raul Julia was, without a doubt, the greatest Puerto Rican actor who ever lived. I remember seeing this movie in the theaters when I was 12, and after all these years still think that his performance was the greatest redeeming quality of an otherwise forgettable film. Raul Julia died way too soon, but at least he left his mark on cinema. May he RIP.

It should've been Ryu vs Sagat and Ken vs Vega. They could've at least respected the lore and had Ryu do a shoryuken on Sagat and scar his chest like in the games, and maybe do something to foreshadow Ryu and Ken fighting Bison in a sequel since Bison survived
